Metro Rail

Metro subway passengers waith as a train approaches the station. In the last two decades, the Metro Rail system has grown in small but subsantial steps. The opening of the Blue Line in 1990 reintroduced Los Angeles to rail transit. However, much remains to be done in expanding the system. The Transit Coalition works to improve the existing system and meets with public and private groups to find ways in expediting rail growth.
